The Plaza has 24-hour security, Plaza Condominium Association management office with resident manager, an on-site rental office and four elevators.

The Plaza Condo has an array of amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna, game room, oceanfront restaurant and lounge, and an oceanfront sundeck.

The Plaza building has one of the best reputations in town as a first-class building/association. The Plaza Condominium building producers top rental incomes and provides a fun, beachy atmosphere. The Flying Cloud building provides storage lockers and an outside shower. Here you can find a terrific North Ocean City location very near a grocery store, shopping and popular restaurants.

The 9400 Condominium is a popular building located in North Ocean City at 94th Street and Coastal Highway. These condos were built in 1976 and were built as a continuous pour of concrete, making this one of the “strongest” buildings at the beach. The building offers great views, a fine beach and is located within walking distance of stores, restaurants and (3) churches. If you are renting, remember the higher you go the better the view – and it will only take a couple extra minutes to get to the beach.
