The Ocean City Boardwalk is two and one-quarter miles from the Ocean City Inlet on up to 27th Street. South 2nd Street is the street leading to the Inlet Parking Lot and actually parallels the Inlet. Visiting the Lifesaving Station Museum and Trimpers Inlet Village Shops are a good way to begin your trip from one end of the Boardwalk to the other.
